I thought I'd post my service this year as it is a adaptation of the Lessons
and Carols from King's College. I have changed it quite a bit in that I have
removed the heavy emphasis on sin evoked by the Genesis readings and gone to
a more prophetic bent, more in Matthew's style. The carols have also been
shifted to those more familiar and beloved by the congregations I serve.
FWIW Blessings on your Christmas.

Prayer of Dedication (unison) L. Baylor
Wonder-making God, your gifts are suprising and
beyond our expectation. Thank you for gifting us once
again with Christmas. We join ourselves and our offerings
with the shepherd who returned home praising and
glorifying You for all they had seen and heard. with Mary,
we will ponder the words and music of this holy event.
Transform us as messengers of good news that we may
serve you with vision and high purposes in the days ahead.
Amen.
